“What will likely be a huge destination here is a restaurant at the top of 30 Hudson Yards, a building at the corner of 10th Ave. and 33rd St. that will be the tallest in the development at 1,300 feet. The group behind it is Rhubarb, a London-based catering company that’s known for cafes and restaurants in high-profile spaces like the Historic Royal Palaces. The company is also opening a restaurant on the fifth floor of the Shops, but the view at the sky-high restaurant will likely be the primary draw. Besides food and drink, the 10,000-square-foot bar, restaurant, and events space will be closely linked to an outdoor observation deck — which, when open, will be the highest one in New York.”
