“At the dinner-only Morimoto Asia, the Iron Chef has pulled his inspiration from varying cuisines to create his menu. There will certainly be sushi, but mixed in with the chef’s specialty are dim sum plates, noodle dishes that range from laksa to ramen, and delectable entrees such as Hainanese chicken rice, washugyuribeye, and garlic shrimp, a Hawaiian favorite. But what can’t be missed is the Peking duck. Roasted in-house, they can be seen hanging in the exhibition-style kitchen, ready to be carved and served with perfectly crispy skin, flour pancakes, and a duo of apricot sweet chili and hoisin miso sauce.”
