Le Jardinier, From Joël Robuchon’s Team, Opens in Midtown East

“On the ground floor is Le Jardinier…In about a month, it will be joined by Shun, a contemporary French restaurant with Japanese influences that will be on the second floor and will also have Mr. Verzeroli at the helm. He describes the food at Le Jardinier as “agreeable, healthy and vegetable-based,” with an emphasis on breads baked in-house by Tetsuya Yamaguchi, who was with Mr. Robuchon for 20 years.”
